Dr. Alexus Little is a Cadillac native and graduated from Cadillac High School in 2017. She then attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where she graduated with a BS in Biology, Health, and Society in 2020. She remained in Ann Arbor to attend the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2025. Dr. Little served as philanthropy chair of her dental fraternal organization, Delta Sigma Delta’s Alpha Chapter, and was a member of the Victors for Veterans project, where she provided free dental treatment for uninsured veterans. Dr. Little is currently a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Michigan Dental Association, and Delta Sigma Delta’s Detroit Chapter.

Lexi enjoys both watching sports (especially football), and playing them (especially soccer). She grew up playing soccer and basketball for Cadillac and has remained passionate about fitness with a particular interest in strength training and nutrition. Lexi likes to spend time with her family and four dogs, going for walks, and listening to music outside.
